  • Rev. Rich Myers, Pastor

    After receiving Jesus Christ’s free gift of eternal life at the age of twelve, I spent several years in and out of church.  During High School and College I began to seek to really grow in my faith.  During this time I was challenged by men and women of faith to not just be a church member, but be a follower of Jesus Christ.  I began to grow spiritually.  After graduating from College and beginning to work, I began to sense God leading me to full time Christian service.  I struggled with this call for about a year.  After praying diligently, I felt led to attend Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.  During this time I began working as a Youth Minister and then as an Associate Pastor.  After seminary I was blessed to be married and have two daughters while working in various ministry positions.  In 1999, the Lord called my family and I to Oak Grove Baptist Church.  We are grateful to serve here and pray for God’s leadership every day.

  • Ethan Ross, Youth Director

    I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Oak Grove Youth Director since 2025, alongside my amazing wife, Mandy, and an incredible Youth Leadership Team. When I’m not at church, I work as a firefighter, and I’m a proud husband and father of two.


    My mission is to instill leadership, discipline, and hard work while always finding room for fun. But at the core of everything I do is my faith in God, who found me as a lost 16-year-old and has never once left me nor forsaken me. 

  • Jennifer Gaddy, Children's Director

    I have been the Children's Director at Oak Grove Baptist since 2011.  I am happily married to Travis Gaddy, who also assists me with my responsibilities.  We have two young daughters.  In my spare time I like to travel, and spend time with my family and friends. 

     

    As Children's Director, I strive to provide an environment in which children are not only safe, but also taught and encouraged to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ. 

     

    The Goal of this ministry is to lead children to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and accept Him as their Savior.
